Talent to Work
A job is more than income: it is where you practise the language, meet people and notice that you can do what you can do. Talent to Work guides adults step by step towards work that suits them.
The track is meant for adults who could use a helping hand on the labour market — because the language is not fluent yet, because diplomas weigh differently here, or because a difficult period has left its marks. We work with companies in Twente that offer a trial placement.

The track
From introduction to contract

Introduction
A first conversation about the programme, your background and what you want. Together we see whether the track fits.

Intake
You get details on the training, its duration and the companies we work with, and we make a personal plan.

Language check
We look at your Dutch. If extra language is needed, you first follow an intensive course; if not, you go straight on.
- 4
Job training
Training aimed at a concrete profession, with attention to professional vocabulary and the Dutch way of working.

Trial period
You start at a partner company. A TEA mentor stays available for you and for the company.
- 6
Contract or next step
If it goes well, a contract follows. If not, we look together at what extra training or support is needed.

Experience or diplomas from another country often weigh differently here. We look at what you can do.
You want a regular mentor
Someone who goes through the track with you, also once you have started at the company.
For companies
Offer a trial placement and you get a motivated candidate who has already completed job training, plus a fixed contact at TEA for the whole trial period.
